"A pretty face sure can inspire us." That’s the case with current trending song titled “Paraluman” by singer-songwriter Adie.

        The young music artist was spurred to jot down lyrics and eventually turn it into a song when the muse struck. And said beauty is Angelina Cruz. Adie doesn’t personally know Angelina, but seeing a pic of her on social media was enough of an inspiration for the singer to get a song going. Said song is currently trending on popular streaming platform Spotify. It is in fact, currently sitting at the number one spot on Spotify’s Trending Tracks playlist. But though inspired by one particular face, Adie intimated that a paraluman can be found anywhere and can be anyone. “For me there’s no certain characteristic or definition for my paraluman,” said Adie. “As much as I’m into that person and whatever kind of person she’s gonna be, I’ll treat her as Paraluman, a beautiful person.” 

We all want this type of person , a person like Adie who just believes in fate and God’s perfect timing . The one who brings butterflies into our stomach. Adie sets our standards high.

  Social media is very important in communicating to other people around the globe. It helped families, social workers and government in discerning information during calamities. Through social media every family can easily communicate with their relatives from other places especially to those outside our country. While for social workers, it can be a tool to enlightened or educate us with information during calamities. Our government most especially can spread or disseminate information through the use of social media. It is very obvious that social media is a big help. I know we couldn't forget about the Covid-19 pandemic that hit different part of the world. By using social media we are able to inform other countries that we are suffering right now, such as like not having enough PPEs or other equipment and also lack of quarantine facilities brought by said pandemic. I believed that social media is a gift of modern era.
